


Bloom Bundt Cakes is a micro bakery, owned by my husband and I, which focuses on creating both delicious and nutritious baked goods for our local community in Arizona. Bloom uses organic and non-GMO ingredients, and we do not use artificial flavors or colors, because we are passionate about serving real, good food.
As a co-owner of a growing company, I wanted to ensure we started on the right foot by building a lasting and impactful brand.

Bloom Bundt Cakes, LLC. is a local micro bakery in Phoenix, AZ that my husband and I started in 2024. Bloom needed a brand design, so I worked to build a brand identity marketing materials to make our business stand out.

Bloom started up in the last quarter of 2024. Being a new company, we wanted a polished brand to begin building a following.
The Project
As a brand designer, I first had to figure out what we wanted to convey to their target audience. There were three key points that I gathered to focus on:
Unique design of bundt cakes
Organic ingredients
Sense of indulgence


The Process
With these in mind, I started with a mood board and began looking at colors and fonts to match the personality of Bloom's identity.
Logo & Color Pallet
With Bloom's focus on unique design, I wanted to incorporate something into the logo no one else would have - sketches of our own bundt cakes! I chose to make the cake the star of the show, and used the color pink to evoke emotions of indulgence. To incorporate the idea of natural ingredients, I opted for a subtle hint of green in the wording.
I also created a horizontal version of our logo in both pink and green for use on promotional materials.
